Sheriff To File Charges Against Colorado Democrat Leadership

Wow! This could be a game changer here in Commierado!

I read this over at Freerepublic.com:
I heard this today.

Sheriff Terry Maketa of El Paso County, CO is going to press for an investigation against the Democrat leadership for extortion and influencing public, elected officials. The Dems are angry at the very large group of state sheriffs who testified against the anti-gun legislation. Sheriff Maketa made his serious statements on the radio station KVOR, the Jeff Crank show, in Colorado Springs between 9:30 - 10:00 AM. He will file charges with the Colorado State Attorney General's office. Sheriff Maketa got an email from the Dem leadership to back off and change their collective positions on gun control or the Democrat legislature would hold up or stop legislation that effects sheriff's pay throughout Colorado. Sheriff Maketa went on to say that this threat to pay does not effect him personally, but does other sheriffs in the state.

The podcast of the show is not yet up, but when it is, Sheriff Maketa is interviewed during the last 30 minutes of the show.

Audio now available. Listen below.

Hopefully he adds the charge of Treason as well for attempting to pass unlawful legislation that infringes on the 2nd Amendment.

Doubtful, but either way, it's going to help expose the corruption that run deep in Commierado.

The Attorney General is John Suthers; a Republican.

He can be reached at:

Maybe a little encouragement for him to conduct a thorough investigation would be helpful?

The facade of lies and the hidden agenda of the tyrants can not sustain an honorable assault upon its corruption and treason.
Sheriffs have a lot going for them in regards to a constitutional arm of rule of law.
In a fashion they are the true untouchables.
In another fashion they are the quintessential representatives of we the people.
The principled ones won't stand for the arrogance and usurpation's of the hoplophobes.

  4. FWIW, someone who was in the hearings in the state legislature (Michael Bane, the gun show producer) says they not only blocked comment from dissenting constituents, they couldn't understand why everyone wasn't showering them with praise for taking their rights away. "What no showers of gold, frankincense and myrrh?".

  5. And when they are investigating can they investigate the bribes these so and so's got from Bloomberg and the like? I mean, even if it is "soft" money it is still a bribe and still violates the same laws as well as legislative rule 35.

  6. Because I have a CPP does not mean I always carry but, I truly believe it is time to carry always. To protect myself from not only the criminal minds but, also our public servants. They seem to not be servants any longer but more like dictators. Trying to say we will be safer with out weapons and if we are a victim of a crime, who says we could have prevented it? May be that guy could have taken her gun away and used it against her but, I doubt it. I believe she deserves that chance. I also believe it is not just our right to carry a gun per our constitution but, it is our God given right. I choose to not be a victim or a slave. I will live free or die. No other option. Our forefathers were very clear, we need our guns in order to remain free and not be victims of a tyrannical Government.

  7. I do not own a gun and do not like them but I will defend the right to all americans who want to own a gun for protection to have one. The criminals will get guns no matter what and guns do not kill people. People kill people and guess we should get rid of our cars, bikes, knifes etc. Sounds like Germany all over again. We do not need another Hitler. Taxes go up and up and we keep giving money to other countries who hate us and it is time that charity begins at home.

  8. This IS indeed VERY big! And, as long as these Sheriffs can keep pressure on those DEMONcats, this sort of resistance will spread...as other states' Sheriffs take up the call to refuse tyranny! BUT! Make no mistake about one thing...B.O. {da stink'a uh D.C.} WANTS this to turn violent, so as to give him his E.O.51 option...Pray that no one goes violent!

    1. Right on! These tyrannical acts by elected lawmakers is proof positive of the wisdom of our forefathers in protecting citizens from this Gestapo type of government. This type of citizen oppression (control) exists, yes, even in America, "the land of the free?" Lawmakers (especially) should be held responsible for their criminal acts.
