Video: Making Authority Question Themselves

h/t Curtis for the video below.

Always question 'authority'

Put them on the defensive.

Throw them off balance.

Get inside their OODA loop.

  1. Why should the Constitution matter to the agent of a Defacto Foreign Federal Corporation? Reference: “The United States Government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state.” Volume 20: Corpus Juris Secundum, (P 1785: NY re: Merriam 36 N.E. 505 1441 S.Ct. 1973, 41 L. Ed. 287) Also Reference: 28 USC 3002 Paragraph 15 (a).

  2. I have to agree with the cops here. No commercial filming in a public park space. If my tax money is going toward maintenance and etc, why should ABC News, or MGM, or other commercial entities be able to block my family from that space so they can make money?
And asking them about taking an oath to uphold the Constitution was irrelevant in this context. Should they have harassed him about his tax payment history? Wouldn't that be equivalent?
This guy was just being a jerk. I had enough midway through and stopped it.

  3. I think those cops showed a lot of patience. Not saying I do not agree with the reporter, but these days you are use to seeing thug cops abuse their authority and over react. These guys were polite and kept their cool.

  4. I do not believe this was his first encounter with those cops. They see pretty familiar with him. I'm sure this Tom and Jerry game has been going on for some time. This does show confidence and basic legal knowledge can go a long way dealing with these lackys as long as you do not descend to the depths they wish to drag you, such as getting overly emotional, upset, and aggressive. This is what they hope for so they can hit you with the sappy gloves and taser with the glowing approval of the subjects around them.
