This Is What Is Going To Happen If Ebola Comes To America

Get ready to be rounded up. For your safety, of course.
If the worst Ebola outbreak in recorded history reaches the United States, federal law permits “the apprehension and examination of any individual reasonably believed to be infected with a communicable disease”.  These individuals can be “detained for such time and in such manner as may be reasonably necessary”.  In other words, the federal government already has the authority to round people up against their will, take them to detention facilities and hold them there for as long as they feel it is “reasonably necessary”.  In addition, as you will read about below, the federal government has the authority “to separate and restrict the movement of well persons who may have been exposed to a communicable disease to see if they become ill”.  If you want to look at these laws in the broadest sense, they pretty much give the federal government the power to do almost anything that they want with us in the event of a major pandemic.  Of course such a scenario probably would not be called “marital law”, but it would probably feel a lot like it.

If Ebola comes to America and starts spreading, one of the first things that would happen would be for the CDC to issue “a federal isolation or quarantine order”.

Oh and in case you choose to defy the quarantine, here's what you can expect.

  2. The peckerheads are actually going to transport an infected person to the FUSA to treat them.

  3. §271. Penalties for violation of quarantine laws
    (a) Penalties for persons violating quarantine laws

"Any person who violates ... shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both."

I'd take that slight risk vs. the alternative, that's a no-brainer.

  4. Pretty much every country around the world reserves the right to put people in quarantine, especially if they're carrying deadly communicable diseases..

    What's the news here?

Also: Ebola is unlikely to be a threat in a developed country, as the reasons for it's spread in Africa have more to do with their abysmal healthcare system, lack of doctors, bad hygiene and so on.

It's not the flu, doesn't spread through the air.

    1. It's not the flu, but it spreads on droplets which people make when they breathe, sweat, sneeze or cough. Don't spread "happy talk" disinfo that will get people kilt.

Anon is part of a "don't werry, everyting gonna be fine" meme that is only advantageous to central gov't criminals. Helpful people will suggest stocking up on MOPP4 or at least N96 valved masks and gloves/tape.

  5. I can't help but think that this ebola scare is a distraction - SQUIRREL! - for something else.

Or excuse to put the country on lockdown -

  6. A recent report claimed transmission by un-named "unexpected" vectors. I'm thinkin' skeeters, airborne transmission & such.

  7. There is no unrelated on coincidental events in Obama land.
There are no such things as innocent isolated circumstances.
The question is not why, it is what for.
What reasons would a lawless regime running our nations government bring back infected victims carrying disease that is incurable?

What is the one thing all tyrants have in common?
They murder as many people possible to assure their power and rule is not threatened by the people they rule over.

They also disarm their citizens to keep them from using weapons to rise up and resist their tyranny.

But in America, citizen disarmament is not going to well. In truth if anything the encroaching tyranny millions are subject to has caused millions to arm themselves in defence from their government and its regime of tyrants.

So what's a tyrant worth the title to do?

Why as Williams Ayers so cavalierly stated, in a constitutional republic one kills off 25 million Americans as a insidious crisis as a means to do what you could not do any other way.

    Ebolanomics! Or is that Obolanomics?

Just consider the diabolical use a lawless regime running our nation could do with the turmoil misery and death of even a 100 thousand Americans.
    Then picture 25 million.

  8. It was awefully convenient that they had an experimental treatment just a month after this outbreak started.

At best, it's Big Pharma playing the fireman who sets a fire, then rings the bell and takes all the credit (and profit). At worst, only the "new" people will be protected and us Kulacks are going to be culled "for the greater good."
